Founder and CEO
Eugene Nilus is a real estate investor and an author. He has extensive experience in buying and holding properties across multiple states, fixing and flipping properties nationwide, and is the founder of Y2 Lending, a private hard money bank. The bank currently serves borrowers in different states and provides opportunities for investors to get stable passive returns. He is the founder and the host of "The Shift" podcast, which inspires and motivates people to follow their dreams by breaking their self-beliefs and doubts. He currently lives in California with his wife and kids, where he also holds local real estate meetups and helps others to start their real estate journey.
